Glycine max / soybean

This genetic linkage map was constructed with a mapping population of 94 individual plants, which represented the F8 generation of recombinant inbred lines derived from a cross between `Misuzudaizu' and `Moshidou Gong 503'.

There are three main ways to search marker information on this database;

1. Enter a ward of interest (e.g. GMES1234, 1234, Satt...) in the text boxes in left side. Related markers will be listed.

2. Click on the linkage group number (e.g. A1, A2, F...) of interest above the image. The table of marker information of the linkage group will be displayed.

3. Click on the linkage map of interest. The linkage map will be displayed in the left side of new window. Then, if you click on a marker name on the linkage map, you can see the marker information on the right side.
